These templates may be modified by the player, or new templates created by either using the Duplicate button to make Duplicate of template, giving it a name different from existing templates, and then making modifications to the template as described below, or by selecting the name and pressing create Empty. Each country starts with one or more Division templates that may be used to order recruiting and deployment of new land units.
